Bourbon and Baking @ Dayton Beer Company

Learn about the origins of bourbon and how it can be used in baking. Stephanie, from ThinkTV’s The Baking Journal, will highlight how bourbon is used in baking. AJ will share information about various types of bourbon.
Ticket price is $65 per person which includes:
- One drink ticket to be redeemed for the drink of your choice, even the signature cocktail
- A tasting of the two bourbons from at Dayton Barrel Works: Rubicon Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Rubicon Creek Distiller’s Blend
- Additional beverages will be available at the cash bar
- A small plate of Hors d’Oeuvres for each attendee including savory and sweet options
