In this class you will use lots of props to set your body up in an effortless position that is held for longer than in a typical active flow or asana class to help activate your parasympathetic nervous system response and find true relaxation.
Restorative yoga is a wonderful practice to add to your self care routine, no matter what your daily life looks like!
